Mark S. Davidson
Thistle Lodge Beachfront Restaurant at Casa Ybel Resort
Executive Chef Davidson's culinary skills have earned him his most recent appearance on ABC Chicago Live March 13, 2007.
Mark Davidson graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has more than 20 years experience as an executive chef. He has worked in a number of prominent restaurants all over the state of Florida, exuding creativity with his menus, recipes and food presentation. He also has an extensive background in planning special events, private parties and weddings.
“We are thrilled to have Mark join our team, he will be a great asset to Thistle Lodge,” stated Casa Ybel General Manager Awilda Rivera. “With his prolific background in upscale restaurants we know he is an invaluable addition.”
